2023 Family Weekend Schedule

If you'd like to check when you scheduled your Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences, you can log into OnCampus and select the Conference tile from the Resource Board. Conference sign-ups are available through October 16; after that date you may contact teachers directly with appointment requests.

Friday, October 20

  • All day: Student Art Show in Pingree Lobby

  • 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. - International and Domestic Trips 2023-24 Information Session with Mrs. Olga Mahoney P'20 – Wetmore 7

  • 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. - Conferences

  • 4 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. - Aviation Program Information Session and Simulator Demonstration with Mr. Les Thornbury (Stolz Annex 2)

  • 5 – 6 p.m. - Welcome Cocktail Reception with Sean and Lawson Jenkins in the Student Center

  • 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Tailgate on Alumni Plaza

  • 6:45 p.m. - Football Senior Night celebrations begin on Fayssoux Field

  • 7 p.m. - Varsity Football vs. Cabarrus Warriors

Saturday, October 21

  • All day: Student Art Show in Pingree Lobby

  • 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. - Breakfast available in Stolz

  • 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. - International and Domestic Trips 2023-24 Information Session – Wetmore 7

  • 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. - Conferences

  • 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Special themed family lunch with musical entertainment and yard games outside Stolz

  • 4 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. - Aviation Information Session with Les Thornbury (Stolz Annex 2)

  • Form Dinners/Gatherings off campus arranged by Parent Council (afternoon/evening)

Sunday, October 22

  • 10:30 a.m. - Chapel Service

  • After chapel: Family brunch in Stolz Hall
